Lindsey's POV~
•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
As I walked through the park, long after the sun had set, I was shivering. I had just walked out of yet another of my friend Lizzie's parties, and damn it's cold.
I kept walking. Well.. More like stumbling. Over nothing. I might have haven't a drink or two.
.....or 23. No one really knows for sure, I'd long since lost count on the amount of alcohol I'd downed it the party.
Anyway, while I continuously slipped on the ice, bruising my butt on the frozen flakes that covered the ground like a pure white blanket, I noticed something. I'm not really sure HOW I noticed it, considering I was drunk off my ass, but the point is, I did.
And what I noticed, in my drunken sate, was a body. The person seemed familiar. That is, after I dug her out of the snow.
                              'Her?'
Yeah, well, I mean, ..I think it was a her.. I'm drunk stupid subconscious. All I know is the persons got long curly blonde hair and is wearing a pink outfit, so I'm sticking with 'her'.
'Sounds legitimate, continue.'
I'm smart as fuck, even when I'm drunk. Anyways, I'll continue. 'Ttyl', subconscious
So like I was saying, after drunkenly digging the girl out from a mountain of snow, I couldn't recognize her, though I knew I know her.
The girls lips were blue and chattering, though she was unconscious. Without thinking, I stupidly pulled out my phone, and after fumbling with it for a shameful amount of time before finding the power button, and then the calling app, I finally called the first person to come to mind.

*RING. RING. RING*
*RING. RING. RING.*
My phone was suddenly blasting my ringtone, as I was frantically driving around searching for Adrenaline, after dropping her pathetic dad off in the emergency room, curse my good conscious, I drove towards her house, and opened the drivers door of my car before jumping out and slamming it, phone in hand. I didn't check to see who was calling, since it's now been dark for hours and Adrenaline was no where to be found, I was too busy worrying to be bothered. I answered the phone but as soon as I did, I regretted it.
                              "Hello?" I answered quickly.
"Hey Babbbbbbyyyyyyyyyy" an annoying, drunken voice slurred.
"Ugh! Lindsey I can't talk right now, and even if I could, I wouldn't talk to you anyway. Bye bitch." I said into the phone as I searched Adrenalines house.
"Wait, baby-"
"DON'T. Call me baby. Your drunk ass self can't even remember we're over." I growled. "Anyway, if you have nothing useful to say, I'll be hanging up now.."
"I do! I found a ..person. Person! That's a funny word" she giggles. "Per-soooonnnnn" she went on.
"Lindsey, why do I care, there are people every where. Go home, you're drunk" I said, sarcasm dripping from my tongue as I smirked to myself.
"That's not what I meeeeeaaaan, silllllllly! I found a sleepy person, playing hide and seek in the snow! She is pretty, but she looks dead" she giggles again.
"Wait, Lindsey where are you?" I suddenly snap to attention, already jogging back out to my car.
"Hmmmmmm... I dunno, BABE, how about you come and find me?" She purrs drunkly.i think for a second.
"Alright, babe," I sighed, cringing at what I'd just said. I continue. "I'll come find you, but first, you have to give me a hint. Okay?" I started my car.
"Okay!" She squeals in joy.
"Okay," I sigh. "Tell me some of the things you see around you. Can you do that for me, so I can find you?" There was silence for a moment as I could tell she was looking around, observing as best she could, what she saw around her.
"I see a tree! And a bench! Bench is a funny word! B-eeennnnn-ch! Bench!" Lindsey giggles. I drove down the street, as quick as I could without any danger.
"Uh huh, and what else do you see?" I egged her on.
"I see a slide, and a p-p-plaaaaayyyyground!" She says, seeming happy to have been able to tell me what she saw.
The park.
I drove quickly to the park, practically diving out of the car, and frantically looking around. She had to be here, this is the only park in town with playground equipment.
Suddenly a saw a dark figure plopped down awkwardly on the ground, next to a pile of snow, glimmering in the silver light of the moon. I ran over quickly, and found what I'd been searching for.
"Babe, you found meeee!!" She slurred excitedly. I just nodded as I was already making my way back to my car, a frozen, shivering, blue, and very unconscious body in my arms, the girls blonde hair, practically ice cycles, fell from her head over my arm.
2 hours later and I was still sitting in the hospital next to my unconscious Popsicle friend, Adrenaline Rush. But she was alive.
....barely.
She had been buried in the snow, wearing a very cold dress, for hours. And it's amazing she's still breathing, because those temperatures are killer.
