We Got The Party With Us

After some complete silence of me glaring towards Macy, and she smiling to me, Joe coughed and sat Down.

Stella smiled awkwardly and she and Macy sat beside Joe.

After everyone was seated, we prayed and began eating.

"So, Macy, how are you?" Denise tried to make it less awkward.

"Good." She smiled, "We got first place in the tournaments in softball." She said triumphantly.

"Oh, that's nice." Denise smiles.

"How'd the live chat go, kids?" Paul asks.

"Good. Someone called me retarded." Kevin acted offended.

Dani chuckled,"Aw, your not retarded, hunny." She assured him.

He smiled,"I figured they were taking about Joe." Kevin says.

Joe gasps,"Excuse me?".

"You heard me, Joseph." Kevin nodded and Joe pouted.

I chuckled and Nick took my hand underneath the table.

"We went public today." Nick smiled widely.

I noticed Macy's smile slightly die down.

"Oh, that's great, honey." Denise smiled.

"It really is." Nick smiled my way.

I smiled back and then looked at Frankie who was tapping my shoulder.

"Yes, frankster?" I asked.

"Want a brownie? I helped make them!" He said.

"Of course." I said.

He smiled and told me to open my mouth.

I did so, and he put the brownie piece in my mouth.

"Mmmm, delicious." I said.

Frankie chuckled and Nick gasps,"Frankie, that's my job." He pulled me closer and put another brownie piece into my mouth.

"I think I've had enough brownie for now, baby." I told him,giggling.

"Oh, alright." He gave in and kissed my nose.

"Bye, Frankie!" I told the little boy, hugging my waist.

"Don't go!" He sobbed.

"Oh, Frankie. Don't cry, please." I bent down and hugged him.

"When will I see you again?" He asks, wiping his tears.

"I don't know, soon enough, though." I said, messing up his curls.

He smiled a sad smile and nodded.

I hugged him one last time and stood up.

He looked at me sadly and ran off to his room.

"He really likes you." Denise laughed.

"Yeah." I said.

"Well, nice meeting you,honey." She said, pulling me into a hug.

I awkwardly hugged back and she let me go.

"Nice meeting you, Miley." Paul says,also hugging me.

I awkwardly did the same.

"Bye Macy." I said.

"Bye, Miley. And I'm really sorry for the troubles I have caused." Macy says with big, brown, pleading eyes.

I smiled,"It's alright, Mace.".
