Okay so I've been reading comments and I decided to explain.
Have you ever had that moment when something is SO OBVIOUS that you still don't even get it?
That is what is happening with (Y/n). She's oblivious to the fact that she IS pregnant. Her mind was so set on escaping that she didn't consider for a moment that she is pregnant.
