By the time I've ready preparing the tray full of chicken and Stella waltz into the kitchen, swishing her dark long bob and smile stretching her baby pink lips. She defiantly looks like a Lady Professo--all crisp and neat in slack and soft blue golf blouse and black-rimmed glasses.
She embraces me and rubs my back. "Oh my Goodness, is that Gabriel's mother?" Her happy voice instantly lightens my mood.
"Really? You've come here for me or them" I pull the ring out of my finger glancing over her shoulder to check if anyone's following her. I can hear the creaking floorboards and distant hushed chattering coming from the lounge.
She releases me with her eyes bug out. "You are kidding? I can't believe I'm seeing the Blackburn's."
I roll my eyes. "And I can't believe that you can't believe."
"You are being so cranky." She flashes me a look of disapproval and swats on my bicep for my sarcasm before peering over my shoulder and rubbings her palms together."Lovely breakfast."
I hum to myself, swiftly tucking my hand into my pocket to hide the ring so she couldn't see. I feel little disgusted with myself but I can't come forth about my new situation without clearing the air with Gabriel. "Are you hungry?"
"Starving."
"Could you help me with some coffee?"
"Sure."Stella nods faintly and moves to the coffeepot.
"Last night I was in hurry so I couldn't ask you." She looks at me considering as I scratch the back of my neck little embarrassed. "How is life?"
She grinds the coffee beans and fills the coffeemaker with water. "Same old. Same old." She draws breath - the long kind, the kind that means I'm not going to like what she says. "We are seeing a marriage counselor let see where Daniel and I go."
I turn a frown on her. "You really thing that his cheating ass will change? I mean three years is too long. I don't think I'll be able to trust someone."
She shrugs her little shoulder firing up the coffee machine. "We are trying. Daniel seems genuine this time and he wants us to work."
I resist snorting my disgust. Men like Daniel could never change; all they want is a good little wife at home to look after their children and new hot bodies to warm their bed. I don't voice my opinion though. "If it's works I'm always with you."
"So," she says pouring two cups and handing me one. "Have you talked to Aunt Tina?"
Not the question I was expecting.
"Uh, No. Mom have disowned me remember." I blow the steam off my coffee before taking a hot sip and wincing at the burning sensation of my tongue.
She nods thoughtfully."So how it is actually to be with a man." She asks hesitantly taking another sip. I stare at her briefly. She loves me I know that but like rest of the Reese family my Catholic sister is little uneasy about homosexuality.
"It's normal." I reply on a shrug.
"Like what?" She seems curious.
"Like the way a man and woman can be normal."
"But how do you...?"
"Dick rubs, blow jobs, hand jobs. I like to take it up my ass. Then roll around all sweat and cum." I say with as much of seriously as possible but it's impossible not to double over just by the look on my cousin's face.
She pales and her eyes widens in shock as they quickly flicks down to my hips and backs up to my face. "Fuck!"
I bite my lip, stopping myself from laughing out loud at Stella's awkward fidgeting with her mug as I wind her up. "I'll show you some gay porn. You might find them hot."
