-Christine's POV-
My face rested in the palm of my hand as I waited for Indie to finish her little shopping frenzy so we could eat. I sat outside on the lounge, watching as people walked by. To entised in their own lives to notice anything else.
Buzzes suddenly went off from my jean pocket. They were from that little possesive boyfriend of mine; Chris Low.
Chrisxx: where r u??? we still good to chill 2day? xx
Chrisxx: well im coming over anway. say goodbye to your popcorn ;) xx
Chrisxx: baaaabe
I chuckled to myself and decided to type back to my keen boyfriend.
Christine: u r so lucky I love you xxx
"All done!" My attention was then caught upwards as my short red headed friend came out with a large smile. Three shopping bags in each hold.
"Jesus," I mumbled laughing to myself, "you right there?"
"Just need some help to carry these." Without my opinion, she gave me two bags and turned making her way through the mall. Me following in toll. "You know," she started and stopped, "I'm actually really hungry."
"Yes!" My eyes beamed as I was tempted to jump for joy. I've been hungry all morning since I was rushed here by this girl to shop. I practically missed breakfast.
"Alrighty then." She laughed as we turned and made our way out into the undercover parking area. Indie somehow rangled through her bags to get her purse out. A keychain with multiple keys on it dangled before we heard a beep of her car. That sexy BMW that were approaching. "So where are we going?"
"McDonald's!" I didn't hesitate. I was so hungry that even oily soaked foods sounded appetizing right now.
"Wow. You're classy." We put the bags into the boot of the car before climbing into the fine interior.
It was obvious that Indie lived in wealth. Hence the nice car and many bags of clothes. We buckled in and pulled out back onto the road as I sighed looking out the window.
Every weekend, she'd come out shopping with one of her friends. And this weekend happened to be me. It's not reallyy thing to browse through clothes but hey, I get as much free lunch as I want so I'm not complaining.
"So," Indie cleared her throat, "you know how much I love you right?"
"Oh no, what have I done?" I joked looking over to see her set serious face.
"I'm just going to say it. I think Chris is not good enough for you." My face dropped as I looked back out the window.
"He's changed Indie." She could only sigh and shake her head.
"You and I know he's a player. A fuckboy. And that no matter how hard you think you can change him, you can't. I dated his best friend in high school for god's sake! I know that boy from the back of my hand."
My jaw clenched as my fists balled in my lap.
"That was in high school. People can change."
"I'm only looking out for you. That boy is gonna break your heart." Minutes later, we pulled into McDonald's carpark where I didn't hesitate to get out and make my way inside.
It wasn't that I was angry at Indie, because I knew half if not most of the things she said was true. It's just I believe people can change if given the chance.
Hesitantly and slowly, Indie cane and stood beside me. "I'm sorry." She muttered.
"No, don't be. I understand you're just looking out for me. And I appreciate that." Her small smile matched mine before we were called up ne t to be served.

"I'm back!" I called slipping my shoes off and shutting the door. It was unlocked after I was dropped off so someone, probably Chris, was here.
"Christine?!" Yep. Taking a guess where I thought the voice came from, I followed it which led me into the kitchen.
My shirtless boyfriend stood behind the fridge as he took out a can of soda. A smile took over his face as he came to me and pulled me into a tight hug.
My arms rested around his shoulders as my head leant on his bare chest.
"Finally come home hm?" He kissed my hair as I nodded and looked up at him.
"So you just let yourself in I see?" He chuckled and kissed my nose before I felt one if his hands brushed down and squeeze my ass. "Hey!" I laughed.
"I missed you." Chris mumbled pulling himself closer before connecting his lips with mine. He walked us backwards as my back hit the kitchen cupboards.
Groaning against my lips, Chris ducked away for a second to put his drink down before taking my hips into his hold again. That magic little mouth of his worked wonders against my neck.
"Wait." I breathed as I tilted my head back down. Chris hummed in response and brought his lips up to my earlobe. "I have to, pick up Maddison from daycare at half three."
My boyfriend smirked and used his strong hold to pick my legs up and hold them against his waist.
"We have a few hours then." Chris walked up out of the room and up the hall until we reached my room. Shutting the door with his foot, he threw me onto the bed before hovering over me.
I let his hands wonder around me as my eyes closed.
We wouldn't have very long knowing Chris, so I'll have to leave and kick him out around three. I would let him stay but Maddison isn't entirely fond of Chris and besides, I have her all to myself tonight.
Gosh I love my sister.
