7: MOTH3R-IN-LAW

I am currently cleaning up Odell's house while he is practice. I figured I clean up his house since today is my day off.

While sweeping the floor I hear the door bell ring. I go to the door and open it and I see a woman and a young girl standing there.

"Is Odell home." The lady asks me.

"No mam but you y'all can come in." I say moving out the way and letting them in.

I closed the door and followed them into the living room.

"Your his wife aren't you." She says looking at me.

"Yes mam."

"Married my ugly brother. You could have did better than that." His sister says.

"Jazzy." She says after hitting her on the knee.

"Jazzy go in the kitchen for a minute while I talk to your brothers wife for a minute."

Jazzy gets up and walks into the kitchen.

"Okay look if you are one of those nasty little hoes trying to catch the next come up you can gone head and leave cuz I will be dammed if I let you take all my sons money." She says giving me the most dirtiest look ever.

"No respect mam but I'm not a hoe first of all. Second I wouldn't take your sons money. I am a attorney. So I make more money than he does. Third I wouldn't break his heart either." I say looking her straight in her eyes.

"I like you ." She says shocking me.

I look at her like she is crazy.

"I knew you weren't a hoe when you open the door. I could tell you have morals and respect for yourself and you   my son has you in his house. My son doesn't usually allow girls in his house. So I can tell you are really special to him." She says while making me smile.

"Thank you that means a lot to me." I say.

"So honey what is your name?"

"Zaria."

"We'll I'm Heather and you already know Jazzy names." She says as Jazzy walks back in the living.

"Momma I'm hungry and it ain't no food in the refrigerator." Jazzy say.

"We'll I could take y'all out for lunch." I say.

"No you don't have too."

"I need to get to know my mother in law and sister in law better." I say.

Couple hours later

Heather, Jazzy, and I are currently walking in the house. We went out the eat then we did a little shopping.

When I walk into the living room Odell jumps up.

"Where have y'all been I thought something had happen to y'all." He says while hugging.

"Boy please yo wife took out to eat and shopping." Heather says.

"We'll hello to yo too momma." He says making me laugh.

"We'll ain't nobody going to tell me hey." Jazzy says out of no where.

Odell walks up to her and picks her up.

"Hello to my baby sister." He says in between smothering her face with kisses.

Heather and I couldn't help but laugh. They have the cutest brother and sister relationship ever.

Odell finally puts Jazzy down walks over to his momma and kisses her on the cheek.

Mama's boy alert

"We'll I am tired and I think I'm go to bed so goodnight. " Heather says walking toward the stairs.

Leaving Jazzy,Odell and I left in the living room.

"So brother I like how you just got married and didn't tell nobody. You didn't even ask me if I wanted to be in the wedding or anything." She says being so serious.

I couldn't help but laugh.

"We ain't had no wedding. We eloped. You know I wouldn't have a wedding and not tell you." Odell says.

His lying ass. He know damn well we didn't elope.

"Ion care. You still could have called." She says getting up and walking toward the stairs.

"See what I used to have deal with on a daily basis."

"She isn't that bad. Se just cares about who her brother marries. Any little sister would do that." I say.

"We'll I married a good woman and she ain't got nothing to worry about." He says while wrapping his arms around my waist.

I couldn't help but blush.

"Come on let's go to bed." He says dragging me up stairs.
