Skeletron prime is a metal version of Skeletron. But he has four arms. When his head spins spikes come out from all the sides of his head and it does a large amount of damage. I can't really explain what his arms do, but I can tell you that each arm has a different weapon. I suggest that you destroy his head first because that kills him straight away. The arms are deadly.
