I feel someone shaking me. I steer a little and I hear them says "Haylynn wake up babe." I open my eyes to see we are at a gas station. I say "Luke what is it?" He says "The truck needs gas and I wanted to know if you wanted anything." I say "I want some E&M and a Gatorade." he nods and get out of the truck. I unlock my phone to see its 1:30 P.M., we left at 7:30 A.M. I then see if I have any missed calls or text. I see I have a text from Dad. I text back,
Daddy:Haylynn where are you?
Haylynn:I'm on my way to California.
Dad:Why the hell are you going to California?
Haylynn:Because I want to and plus I'm 18 you're not my boss.
Daddy:yeah Haylynn you're right,you 18 witch means you are legally an adult so when you come back from California you can get your stuff and move out.
Haylynn:Okay, fine dad.
I quickly wipe a tear that rolled down my cheek away. I see Luke walk out of the gas station and go pump the gas. He gets back in the car and says "Babe, why are you crying?" I say "My dad just told me when I get back home to get my stuff and move." he says "Do you want to go home and get you stuff now?" I say "Lukas, we have been driving for 6 hours, we can't go back now." he says "Actually we have only been diving for 3. I pulled off on the side of the road because we had a flat and it took me 2 1/2 hours to change in and 30 minutes to hunt." I say "Okay, I guess we can go back."
*Time skip to when they get back because I'm lazy*
I walk in the house and go upstairs with Lukas. I say "Luke go to my closet and put all my clothes in the big, red, suitcase." he nods and dose that in about 30 seconds. I then say "Lukie,Baby can you run to the store and buy me 10 boxes and 2 things of bubble wrap?" He says "yes, only because I love you." I then pack my socks,bras,and panties into a medium size red suitcase. Luke then walks in and says "Here you go babe." I say "Thanks Lukie, also can you take these to the truck Please." he nods and dose as I said. I then grab a sharpie and write on the first box "Pictures" I then write on the next box "trophies" then on the next box "Bathroom stuff" then on the next box "Bedroom stuff" then on the last box "Random shit" I chuckle at the last boxes name. I quickly put that stuff in each box. I wrap each trophy and picture in bubble wrap. I then see Luke standing in front of my door. I say "Babe will you get the 2 boxes that say Pictures and Trophies and take them to the truck." he nods and grabs them and heads to the truck. I finish up on the last of my random shit like,
•Tampons
•Pads
•Pregnancy test
•A doll
•A Wopie cushion
•Flarp(If you don't know what this is, its that stuff you can buy that makes Farting noises)
•A Yo-Yo
I not sure why I have this shit,but oh well, well I know why I have tampons,pads, and pregnancy test, but the other stuff no clue. Luke walks back in and says "I think your dads home." I nod and say "Okay, just grab the 2 boxes that say bathroom stuff and bedroom stuff." he nods and picks them up. I grabe my last box and shut my old bedroom door. I walk downstairs to see dad sitting on the couch. he says "So your actually moving to California?" I say "Yes I am, well bye Dad." he says "Bye Kiddo, I'll miss you." I then go on out to my truck and put the box in the back and shut the door. I then open the passage door and clim in. Luke says "Ready babe?" I nod as he drives down the road towards California. Bye forks, Hello San Francisco.
