Chapter 46: First Date!

     "One word. One sound. One song. Makes everything all right. One way. One night. One day you might say, we've got it figured out." Catty sang in the music room. Then she smiled at her completed song. Then Pharaoh started clapping from the door way. Catty looked at him and smiled and blushed. He came in and sat next to her on the piano stool. "That's great so far." Pharaoh complemented. "Thanks." Catty stated putting a part of her hair behind her ear. "What else do you have?" Pharaoh asked. "You wanna hear?" Catty asked. "Yeah." Pharaoh agreed. "Here you go." Catty stated. Catty started playing the piano again. "One word. One sound. One song. Makes everything all right." Catty stated. "One way. One night. One day you might say, we've figured it out." Pharaoh sang. They paused and looked at each other in the eyes. They held hands and smiled.
    Pharaoh took Catty and pulled her into the halls. They were running. "This is starting to be a regular thing for us." Catty stated. "What? Singing in the halls of Monster High?" Pharaoh asked with a slight laugh. They were dancing and holding hands. Everyone was watching. Then they stopped and looked into each others eyes still holding hands. "One word. One sound. One song. Makes everything all right." Catty sang. "One way. One night. One day you might say, we've figured it out." Pharaoh sang. They started running and dancing again.

Catty: They'll never really understand. Not in another day, unless they look at it a different way. Together forever we'll be all right. Together forever we'll see the sites.
Pharaoh: We'll go farther then you could possibly imagine. Trust me. I see. You're the music in me. Yeah-yeah.
Both: I'll never let you go. I'll never say good bye.
Catty: I couldn't believe my eyes. To think I'd ever feel this tonight. I see love. I see it in me, in you, in us. We have love and now I understand.
Pharaoh: (rap.) I'm Pharaoh and this is Catty the star. We're together so all dudes back away. Hey ladies. I fell for her the second I saw you, she's mine and nothing will change that.
Catty: oooh-oooh yeah-yeah. It won't change anything. Nothing in my book cause you're the one yes. It's so clear to me I'm falling yes I'm falling.
Both: But together we'll see it coming. We'll stop the danger together cause we're unstoppable if we're a lovable couple.
Pharaoh: (rap.) We can fly to the moon, in another time soon, we'll be out in the sky's. Because nothing can stop us in this time being.

Catty: Oooh-oooh.
Pharaoh: Yeah-yeah.

      They finished singing and everyone clapped. But the clapping stopped when everyone saw Pharaoh's mom. Pharaoh grabbed Catty's hand and pulled her close. In Boo York they left in pretty good terms, they hugged and everything. But she's still not happy with him not being king and being a rap singer and being with a pop star. She's especially not okay with him leaving Boo York. "Pharaoh. May I speak with you?" Pharaohs mom asked. "Whatever you have to say with me you can say in front of Catty." Pharaoh stated. "Okay. But not in front of everyone else." Pharaohs mom agreed. They saw that everyone was starring. They all went into the music room and closed the door. "Yes mother?" Pharaoh asked as he put his arm around Catty. "I know you haven't spoken to your father in two years. But he's back from his vacation and came home. I explained everything to him and he's not happy with either of us." Pharaoh's mom explained. "Why not you?" Pharaoh asked. "Because.... As he put it.... Let this happen." Pharaohs mom replied. Pharo signed. "I told him everything, even Catty since she has a big part of the story." He thinks she brainwashed you and you two brainwashed me." Pharaohs mom exclaimed. Catty and Pharaoh gasped. "He couldn't believe that his son would do something like this so he resorted to blaming Catty. He's angry and blood thirsty. I warm you. Keep Catty near you or make sure she's never alone at all times. You know your father. There's no telling what he'll do." Pharaohs mom explained and they nodded in agreement.
They left the room and Pharaohs mom left the school. "You wanna go on a date?" Pharaoh asked. "Really? After the news your mom gave us?" Catty asked. "Yeah." Pharaoh replied. There was a moment of silence. "Look. This is a perfect way for us to stay together and for you to stay safe." Pharaoh stated and Catty smiled a toothy smile. "Okay." Catty agreed and they walked away from Monster High.
"We are we going?" Catty asked. Pharaoh has his hands over Catty's eyes so she can't see. "You'll see." Pharaoh replied and Catty sighed making Pharaoh laugh. They went a little farther and he took his hands off of her eyes, but her eyes are still closed. "Open your eyes!" Pharaoh exclaimed and Catty did. Catty looked around. "Where.... Are we?" Catty asked. She turned behind her and she saw Monster High, but it looked like a tiny pebble from where they were. "Wait a second. I've been here. I did a lot of concerts in this little theater." Catty realized. Outside of the little theater was a park. Pharaoh grabbed Catty's hand and led her inside the building. They walked around until they got to the main part, where the concerts are held. "How did you know about this place?" Catty asked. "You said how you kissed coming here and sometimes when no one was around her would come here by yourself and just sing your heart out. So.... I looked it up. Maybe I could see you sing live on this stage someday." Pharaoh explained. "Of course you will. I miss it here and I'm so happy you brought me here. I love you so much." Catty exclaimed and there was q moment of silence. "I'm sorry." Catty apologized. They never told each other that they love one another, even thought they do, so it's awkward. "Don't." Pharaoh stated. "I love you too!" Pharaoh exclaimed and Catty smiled. They sat on the stage and ate dome food. Them they sang all of the songs they've sang together and then they ate dessert on the stage. They walked back to Monster High holding hands.
Pharaoh walked Catty to her dorm room and then went to his. "Hey Catty. You got a package while you were gone." Catrine stated. "Reay?" Catty asked surprised. She went to her bed and looked at it. It said it was from the Egyptian royal family in Boo York. Catty got nervous for what it could be. She opened it carefully and took it out. She held it up and couldn't believe it. "What is that?" Catrine asked as she saw a gold mask Catty was holding up. It's actually the same mask Pharaoh wore a lot in Boo York. "An old memory." Catty replied. "Is it a good or bad memory?" Catrine asked. "A good memory. But I fear this guy is going to try to turn this memory bad." Catty explained.
   The next morning Catty went to Pharaoh. "What's that?" Pharaoh asked pointing to the box. Catty handed it to Pharaoh and he read who it's from. Then he looked inside and gasped. He dropped it and Catty picked it up. "Do you think...." Catty started but Pharaoh interrupted. "My father." Pharaoh finished.
