Caleb POV - I woke up this morning pretty early because I smelled bacon. Mom is vlogging in the kitchen with the girls and I shout from the basement "BACON" in a high pitched tone. I walk to the kitchen to see only Hayley up. Annie had an early morning gymnastics practice. I walk behind her chair and put my arms around her. I love Hayley. I kissed her on the head while Mom had the camera facing the other way. I sat down on the chair next to her. And she looks at me and smiles.
Hayley POV - I got out of bed and walked to the kitchen. Mommy is filming. Then from the basement I hear a high pitched "BACON". It's Caleb. I don't know how I would survive without him making me laugh. He comes behind me and hugs me then kisses me in my head. I love it when he does that, but the camera never catches it. He sits down next to me and I give him a smile. I love Caleb.
Katie POV- Its 6:30 and I just picked up Annie and Katie from gymnastics. They play outside until 7:00.
Caleb POV - It's 7:06 and I'm unusually tired. So I'm gonna go to sleep. I got into bed and closed my eyes. I thought about an Instagram post I had read the day before. It said, "I wonder if I'm closer to my birth then my death". I chuckled it off, knowing I'm now where near my death.
Katie POV - The doorbell rang. It was Jimmy Johns. I got the door and set the food on the table. Then I called the kids for dinner. Everyone else gathered around the table except for Caleb. So I decided to walk into his room. He was sleeping. Aww, my sweet boy. I started to vlog. I started whispering, "Caleb, Caleb? Wake up." No answer. But I knew it wasn't going to be that easy. So I started to move him a little. No response. Then I started shaking him. Nothing. I turned off the camera and started shaking him more. "Caleb! Caleb wake up please!" I felt his face. Ice cold. "Billy! Get in here!" I screamed.
Billy POV - I ran downstairs as fast as I can. I walked into Caleb's room finding Katie shaking him vigorously. I moved her aside. "Caleb? CALEB!". I felt his pulse. No beat. I told Katie to call 911 while I give him mouth to mouth. Katie runs upstairs to get her phone. "Come on bubs."
