Chapter Seven

I took another swig of my vodka & kept smoking my blunt

"Bitch just gonna up & leave me like that after everything I've done for her" I whispered to myself & chuckled a little

That's good don't worry Nicki baby I'm coming for you & when I get you back you're all mine once again & I'm never letting you go.

John kissed the picture of him & Nicki, then went upstairs & got ready to go out of town to California for another meeting.

Nicki POV

I woke up from my little nap & saw a lot of snacks on my bed I love Corey to death, then I checked my phone & saw that I had 3 missed calls from Destiny, Instagram notifications, and a text message.

I checked the text & saw it was from Anthony it read: I had a great time on our lunch date & I hope that I can take you out on a real date Saturday call me back beautiful.

I blushed at the text & called him he picked up on the fourth ring, "Hello beautiful" he said making me blush again it always happen when he calls me beautiful

"Hi handsome" I said

He chuckled that oh so sexy chuckle of his "So you need me for anything?" he asked

"I saw your text & would love to go on a date with you Saturday what time we leaving & where we going" I answered & asked a question

"We can leave at six & where we going is gonna be a surprise" he said

"Well I love surprises" I told him

We was on the phone for a good 45 minutes of him making me giggle & blush it was a very good convo but sadly it ended he had to go back to working on some paperwork

"Ok well I'm gonna finish this paperwork & call you later bye beautiful" he said

I giggled "Bye handsome"

We hung up I grabbed a big bag of one my chips & went downstairs to see Corey & Destiny on the couch watching tv eating chips

Corey looked at me"So what was all that giggling I heard"

"Oh nothing just a friendly convo" I said sitting down on the other couch

"Friendly convo with who" Destiny asked while putting a chip in her mouth

"No one special" I shrugged

"Ok trick tell us who the hell was that on the phone you was giggling with" Corey said getting ready to throw a vase at me

"Ok damn its Anthony" I told them get ready to duck

"Oh Corey told me you dating a Williams " Destiny said

I looked at him he just smiled at me "Big mouth bastard & we're not dating we just friends"

"Hooka please from the way you be looking when you talk about him & then you blush every time he calls you beautiful" Corey said getting up to get the dip off the table

I rolled my eyes "Whatever we just friends"

"So what was y'all talking about" Destiny asked

"Well we just set up a real date Saturday at six but I don't know where we going he said its a surprise" I told them

Corey put a chip with dip on it in his mouth "At least you getting out this house & starting over"

I smiled "Yeah I'm glad, so what are we doing today?"

"Not one thing we just gonna stay in today & watch movies" Destiny said

"Ok than ima go make some popcorn" I said getting up going into the kitchen

I guess this is just a sleep in day. But for some reason I'm getting this strange feeling that something bad is going to happen soon, I just shrug it off & make the popcorn.
