I know I shouldn't be doing this, I knew it was a bad idea but love makes people do crazy things... And that's why I'm here, because I love him and he loves me. Before you start thinking I'm some crazy girl, you need to hear me out.

Brick had been my boyfriend for five years and we were engaged for eight months. Except Brick comes from a very wealthy family and me, not so much... So now he's having an arranged marriage with some snotty rich girl. While I'm sitting in my piece of crap car in the parking lot...

I am not the kind of girl
Who should be rudely barging in on a white veil occasion
But you are not the kind of boy
Who should be marrying the wrong girl

By the time I actually get the courage to get out of my car and close to the main door, I see two huge guys at the entrance. Of course his family planned ahead, I'm not the type to sit by and let them take away what's mine!

I was pulled behind a highly decorated tree, seeing Butch. He smirked at me, "I've been waiting for you to show, now come on, Boomer's gonna distract the tank sized twins while I sneak you in."

I smiled at him before he pulled me over to the door.

I sneak in and see your friends
And her snotty little family all dressed in pastel
And she is yelling at a bridesmaid
Somewhere back inside a room
Wearing a gown shaped like a pastry

I can see the lovely bride to be yelling at a blonde girl, dressed up as a bridesmaid. Of course she is, I wouldn't put it past her or her overly sized gown.

This is surely not what you thought it would be
I lose myself in a daydream
Where I stand and say

Don't say "Yes", run away now
I'll meet you when you're out of the church at the back door
Don't wait or say a single vow
You need to hear me out
And they said, "Speak now."

Fond gestures are exchanged
And the organ starts to play
A song that sounds like a death march
And I am hiding in the curtains
It seems that I was uninvited by your lovely bride-to-be

My heart is pounding loudly in my chest as I hide behind a pillar. I look over seeing the room filled with people I've never seen before the music starts playing and Berserk slowly makes her way down the aisle.

I glance over at him but he's to busy staring at her with disgust, barely able to hide the look on his face.

She floats down the aisle like a pageant queen
But I know you wish it was me,
You wish it was me,
Don't you?

Don't say "Yes", run away now,
I'll meet you when you're out of the church at the back door.
Don't wait or say a single vow,
You need to hear me out,
And they said, "Speak now."
Don't say "Yes", run away now,
I'll meet you when you're out of the church at the back door.
Don't wait or say a single vow,
Your time is running out,
And they said, "Speak now."

Oh, la, la
Oh, oh
Say a single vow

I find an empty seat in the back, avoiding the eyes of disgust looking at me.

I hear the preacher say, "Speak now or forever hold your peace."
There's the silence, there's my last chance.
I stand up with shaky hands, all eyes on me.
Horrified looks from everyone in the room
But I'm only looking at you.

The preacher speaks before saying the words I've been dying to hear, "If anyone objects to these two to be wed, speak now or forever hold your peace." I shaking so bad, I don't think I can stand up...

"Come on, hurry it up, no one objects!" Berserk snaps, before sending a sickly sweet smile to Brick.

Something sparks inside of me and I jump up, "I OBJECT!" I yelled before I realize what I had done. Every eye is on me, and no one is happy, I can tell that much. My legs feel like jello and I'm shaking so bad that an earthquake could hit and I wouldn't even feel it. That was until I meet his red eyes, he's clearly shocked but he's smiling at me.

I am not the kind of girl
Who should be rudely barging in on a white veil occasion
But you are not the kind of boy
Who should be marrying the wrong girl

I make my way through the people and onto the aisle, "I object." I breath out, "Brick, are you really going to do this? Throw everything we have, just to please your parents? Are you going to give your whole life away? I love you and I know you love me too, why else would you put up with me for over five years? So I'll ask you, her or me?"

"This is crazy, security arrest her!" His mother snapped as they grabbed me roughly. This is it, Brick is going to be married to someone else and I'll probably be in some jail cell...

"WAIT!" He yells, "Let go of her!" He snaps, making his way over to me. "You're right, I shouldn't throw everything we have away for someone I don't even care about... I choose you, Blossom.." He says, before pulling me into one of his heart aching kisses.

So, don't say "Yes", run away now,
I'll meet you when you're out of the church at the back door.
Don't wait or say a single vow,
You need to hear me out,
And they said, "Speak now."
And you say, "Let's run away now,
I'll meet you when I'm out of my tux at the back door.
Baby, I didn't say my vows,
So glad you were around
When they said, "Speak now."
