Chapter four

Megan's POV

Putting on a confident expression I made my way to that fat girl's seat and sat down in it turning to Embry and touching his arm."So Em,you wanna go out this friday?" I asked him in my most sugary warm voice I could muster and he just pulled away from me asking the teacher if he could switch his seat not even answering me.

Not believing what just happened I followed him asking him again and again seeing him get more irritated he slammed his textbook on the desk glaring down at me."Listen, Megan I don't like you I never will like a girl who throws herself at anything that walks and wears clothes that leaves nothing to imagine so leave me the hell alone and stay away from me." He shouted at me his voice hard and cold.

Trembling, I sat back down at my desk staring wide-eyed at him. Every student was silent from Embry's outburst.Than when Annie appeared in the doorway Embry's expression softened when he saw her and gave her a reassuring smile.She smiled back and sat down at her desk as Embry sat down at his moving his desk and talking to her calmly as if his outburst never happened. Watching them I gave up after three minutes of trying to figure out why Embry acts so angry towards me and doesn't to Annie.

He couldn't like her 'cause she wasn't attractive at all.She's fat and she doesn't even take care of her hair and her clothes ugh! I can't even go there.All though she has a pretty face,I wonder what she'll look like if she lost all that weight Ha like I even care.Turning around in my seat I paid attention in class for the first time in my life.

Annie's Dad POV

Watching Embry yell at Megan I didn't do a damned thing.It's good for her to get yelled out.Good for her indeed.After he was done the whole class was silent shocked at Embry and Megan looking shocked herself than I saw my daughter come into the room and Embry smiled at her an she smiled back walking to her seat and talking to him casually.

Happy for my daughter to see her finally getting over her shyness and talking to her crush.Smiling down at the papers I was grading,thinking about my wife and how her business trip was going;I missed her so much just wanting her to be in my arms.

Sighing,I started a presentation of dissecting a pig. They ewed and grossed like 9th graders would do but I didn't mind enjoying how fascinated they was about it though.Trying to sneak a peak at the hearts and giggling when I put it in Megan's face watching her scream and freak out.

Serves her right for messing with my daughter.

Embry's POV

 Watching Annie giggle as Megan screamed her head off was the best thing to see,clearly she was upset when she stepped into the classroom but now she's okay since she told me about it.

Laughing with her when Megan fell out of her seat I quickly kissed Annie's cheek and she stared at me surprised as I winked at her making her blush biting back a smile.Gosh how I just wanted to taste those luscious lips.

I was about to tell her my feelings right than and there when the bell rang and she stood up giving me a smile before walking out and down the hall to her next class.Sighing, I stood up to walking out of the classroom and towards the cafeteria. My lunch was B lunch and hers was A lunch and I hated it. Sometimes life sucks.
