Annie's POV
Walking downstairs after no sleep last night because of my crying I was groggy and sore from the workout session yesterday.What I saw sitting down at the kitchen table made me stop in my pursuit to get breakfast."Hi honey."My mom said standing up smiling at me while I just stared at her shocked.
"M-mom."I stuttered finally than swayed on my feet feeling nauseous and dizzy.Than the sight of someone else really shocked the shit out of me.Embry was there too,sitting at the table and got up walking towards me smirking.
I was shocked because my mom usually stays for one night than goes back to work but now she stayed for two days which is really shocking and the sight of Embry was suffocating me remembering what happened last night I glared at him.
When he saw me glaring at him he stumbled back a little stopping and giving me a confused look."I guess we'll give you two kids a little privacy."My dad said and took my mom's hand walking past us and upstairs to their room.When I heard their door shut I blasted out.
"What the hell was wrong with you last night??!!" I shouted at Embry which he looked even more shocked about."Me??!!"He replied dumbly. "Yes you!!"I shouted at him getting angrier because he was acting clueless.
"What do you mean last night??"He said softly trying to take my hands but I pulled away turning from him heading upstairs.
"You didn't even say I love you back...you just smiled."I said hurt an tears in my eyes.He tried to pull me back but I didn't let him and ran into my room letting more tears fall.
"Annie!!!"Embry shouted my name but I didn't listen to him.Jumping,on my bed I cried and cried not wanting to feel this way.
Embry's POV
When I heard Annie crying I ran up the stairs and knocked on the door wanting to open it but I didn't want to scare her.When she didn't answer I started banging on the door harder and harder than her dad came out and tried to calm me down.
Right than I was on the verge of tears because I didn't want to lose Annie feeling more lost without her.The next thing she said completely broke me.
"Embry I think we should...."She began.
