'' 2 servings of strawberry eclaire coming right up !'' replied a petite girl in her late 20's.

'' 2 servings of strawberry eclaire serving right up ~ '' the petite girl said and sashayed towards the waiting customer. ''Here's you're order sir , 2 servings of our famous strawberry eclaire .Enjoy ~'' the beautiful petite girl added.

''Thank you ....'' the man leaned to look at the girl's nameplate . '' Thank you ,Sharmaine '' the man said and smiled.

'' It's my pleasure to serve you '' she added and smiled.

'' Hanapin mo ako mommy ! '' sigaw nang isang bata mula sa likod nang pintuan. Hindi ko napigilan ngumiti at dahan-dahang naglakad papunta sa pintuan.

''Huli ka !! '' sabi ko at hinawakan siya sa braso.

''Kyaaahh !! '' sigaw niya at napayakap siya sa'kin . '' Mommy... I missed you. '' dagdag niya at lalong hinigpitan ang yakap sa'kin.

'' I'm sorry baby but you know that mommy needs to work , right ? '' 

'' Mmm. Mommy , bakit wala akong daddy ? ''tanong nang limang taon na bata sa'kin . Kumirot ang puso ko sa tanong niya.Bakit nga ba wala siyang tatay ? Pinigilan  ko sa pagtulo ang luha ko at pinilit na ngumiti.

'' Meron kang daddy kaso nasa Pilipinas siya nagtratrabaho . '' I half-lied.

'' Bakit hindi na lang siya dito nagtrabaho mommy? Hindi ka ba nalulungkot? Kasi ako nalulungkot  '' sabi niya at umiyak. It took all my willpower to not cry. I won't break down lalo na sa harap nang anak ko. I need to be strong.
