Mordern EVERLARK story
I unlock the door to my apartment when a guy, blonde hair and blue eyes walks out, I thought a couple lived there? Well everyone loved them but I don't remember them wanting to moving out, I don't realise that were staring at each other till now
"I'm Peeta, Peeta Mellark" sounds familiar, oh! Rye and Susan Mellark live there,
"Katniss Everdeen" I reply shaking his hand which was extended
"I moved in with my brother and his wife" he says and I nod, I'm not one to have a conversation with people, never have, I only have two friends who I hardly see due to college
"I better get going" he adds and I nod, he turns and walks to the elevator, I walk into my house and my dog Malty which is a shitzu and doesn't really like people he doesn't know, I fill up his water and food ball and go through mail, everything are notices from my college classes, I didn't want to stay in a dorm with an annoying room mate who sets you up with morons who get you pregnant, so I got my own apartment and dog so y life is going great.
I walk outside, locking my door and see the elevators closing! I'm too lazy to take the stairs and to wait that long!
"Hold the doors!" I yell and the person puts their hand in the way, I hop in and see its Peeta, come on, really god! Him! The one guy I find good looking!
"Where you off too?" He asks, his white shirt which is tight on him and blue skinny jeans with red and grey high tops
"College classes, where you off too?" I ask
"Family bakery" he replies
"You do what exactly?" I say
"Some days I work counter but most days I do the baking, I'm the best baker in the family along with my father" oh dear god, a guy that bakes, to die for
"Wow, interesting" I say and the elevator stops and the doors open to reveal the car lot, we both walk out, I go to my car and he walks over to his motorcycle, come on, hot guy and motorcycle, I just... I just can't
"See ya around" he says putting on his black helmet, all I do is nod and he rides off, I shake my head and hop into my dark blue 2015 Mini Cooper and drive off.
