with a cold summer night it was raining outside I didn't have a car so I started walking home as usual

a black van pulled off to the side of me as I was walking

normally I wouldn't panic because you see vans like this all around Compton , but then again you see missing children around Compton a lot too so I ran until I got to kendricks' house

The van kept following me until they saw who I was running to

Then they left

''what were you running from drea'' I love it when he looks at me like that

''these men were chasing me in there but black van and your house is closer''

'' so why were you walking home in the rain''

'' I walk home everyday''

'' all these years I known you i never knew you walk home by yourself from now on when it is raining I'll Drive you home'' I hugged him not because I was happy I just love being in his arms

the teacher sent me to the office for throwing sand in another kids face but if you asked me he had it coming disrespecting me like that

I sat down next to the brown kid he was kinda cute but I was so angry at the moment I just ignored him

he looked at me and smiled and said ''what are you in for''

''throwing sand in a disrespectful boys face what about you''

''fighting''he said simply

I turned around thinking that was the end of the conversation

''hey you look like a girl in my neighborhood where you live'' like I was gonna give him my address

'' I am that girl'' he looked kinda suprised

and from then on we were great friends I guess

let me describe him to you he's about 6'0 smooth brown skin and deep brown eyes he has a few tattoos but they're beautiful on him. he's beautiful

why don't I go after him anyway well because he has a girlfriend

I can't stand her she always starts something with somebody one day she'll get hers

I cant lie she is pretty but she's so stuck up

Shes 5 feet tall brownish skin light brown eyes and real thick.

she's cute if you like that type I guess

they been together for a whole year and it really irks me

I got mad feelings for kendrick but he don't feel the same about me
