Elliot's Pov
(Y/N) and I curl up in bed together and she falls asleep. I try and sleep but can't. I shift slightly and bite my lip. I pick up my phone from the nightstand and the time reads 9:30 pm. I sigh and put it down. I get up quietly and walk downstairs. I pick Flipper up and begin to pet him. I sit on the couch and play with him for a while. Suddenly I hear a voice from the doorway "Elliot,can you not sleep?" I stop playing with Flipper and look over at my sleepy girlfriend. "I'm fine. Go back to bed." I say and she rolls her eyes. "I'm not buying it." (Y/N) says and crosses her arms. She walks over to the couch and sits beside me. I put Flipper down and cup (Y/N)'s face. I place a kiss on her lips. She makes a noise and kisses me back. We begin to make out and (Y/N) unzips my jacket. I take it off and throw it on the floor. (Y/N) runs her fingers over my muscles and we pull away. I rub her back with a soft smile on my face. She smiles back and wraps her arms around my neck. We turn on the tv and lay down on the couch. "I'm so lucky to have you." I say and (Y/N) blushes. "I'm lucky to have you too Elliot." I hear before I close my eyes and drift off into a deep sleep
