RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Give instructions to Graphic Artists, telling who to make what and such, try to balance the work. For banners, its better for one person to do it for each because I don't want the designs to be different in the same issue.
-Basically the "Editor" and "Back-Up" for Graphic Artists. They will have to send you the graphics and tell them what to change, what to improve before publishing. You may also edit the graphic yourself. Please make the graphics when the Graphic Artists are late or whatsoever.
-You can make some graphics when there is too much work for the Graphic Artists.
