I had only been back at school for 2 days and I wanted to leave again. Bring me back to Japan. "Audry I'm so sorry," she looked back at me frantically. "Sorry about what?"

"Nothing big just like you have to stay here all day every day and I don't haha." She scoffed and raised her middle finger at me. "Love you too."

"Hey, you're getting a call from lover boy."

"Shut up and gimme." I grabbed my phone and answered.

"Hello??"

"Hey it's me." I rolled my eyes and laughed. "I have caller ID Luke I know."

"Oh shit right. Sorry babe."

I tried really hard not to let that get to me. "So what are you up to?"

"We have to do like 50,000 interviews and it's so boring answering the same damn questions over and over again."

"That's better than being in school for 8 hours."

He laughed and I cleared my throat. "Do you think you could...uh...pick me up from class?" I swallowed and I could hear mumbling that turned into yelling over pizza in the background.

"Would you all shut up!! God Michael."

"Sure babe. What time?"

"You're so fucking whipped." "I said shut the fuck up Michael." Luke mumbled back at him and I frowned. I didn't really like hearing that but it was kind of cute. Or satisfying, I don't know.

"Um 11:30?" I could hear him smile. "Sure, I'll be there. Talk to you later love, have a good day."

I giggled and bit my lip. "Bye."

After a boring few hours in school I said bye to Audry and because yesterday I had gym, today I didn't. "Hey babe I'm outside."

"Okay I'll be out in a second."

I walked out and threw my bag in the back. "I've had these few song lyrics stunk in my head and I need to put them to music before I drive myself insa–"

Those lips. Those goddamned lips. They landed on mine and I sunk into them but realized he's not mine and pulled away. "Ellie I...." We both just stared for a minute until I got a call which shook me out of my thoughts.

"Hello?" I could hear how bored Michael was. "Dude where the fuck are you?"

"Shit Michael um...I must've picked up Luke's phone one sec." I looked at him and his lips were red, cheeks flushed, and teeth playing with that lip ring. God it looked so good on him.

"...just-yeah well-we'll be there in a minute yeah."

"Ellie, I don't wanna say I'm sorry cuz I know damn well I wouldn't mean it." He smiled and took my hand in his kissing it and I sat there dumbfounded. I just sat there thinking of those lips of his, and that kiss.

"Hey we're back." "Hey Ella." "Hi Michael."

"So whatcha been up to? Any writing?" Luke and Michael looked at each other as if trying to come up with an excuse.

"Nope," Mike finally just admitted and I smiled. "We've kinda just been talking and chillin."

"What about the other two? Where'd they go?"

"They went to see if they could go write but I think Ash had to help his mum with something."

"Oh ok well can I read you guys these lyrics?" I asked making sure I had their attention. "Sure." Michael smiled and I took out my notebook taking the sheet of loose leaf out and unfolding it.
