On My First Encounter with God Retreat
Been into many places,
And seen so many faces,
But nothing compares
To the best thing that ever happened to me.
I was once lost sheep
In a place full of wolves.
Felt very homeless and hopeless
And got no shepherd to turn to,
I kept on walking with fear in my heart
But a blessing in disguise came to reach me out;
Thought t'was already the verge of my downfall
But by the power of the blood, I am delivered
Like a soaring eagle that faint not.
