Will said "okay are you ready. Here we go I'm going put cold fluid on her back to sterilize it first." I said to Gabby while looking in her eyes " Gabby look at me. It's ok. Just squeeze my hand. Just look at me and don't think about it." "Its ok its okay just relax I know it hurts." Will said " Gabby you are starting to tense up I need you to relax and take some nice slow deep breathes. " I said " Gabby look at me. Squeeze my hand. Try to relax. Do like he said take some nice slow deep breathes. In and out. In and out." Will said " Almost done you are doing great Gabby. Just another minute and I will put in your epidural and give you meds for your nausea." " okay now the epidural is going in ... and done. Okay it will take about ten minutes for it to start working. You can lay on your back but roll onto your back slowly." I said " Thanks Will." He said " No problem a nurse will be in with the nausea meds and I will be back when the results come in.
