Chapter 10 (Finale)

Prince Jarvis

I frowned upon watching my princess Anastasia ignore me, as she waltzed through the ballroom like an enchantress. Pouting, I took a bottle of wine, not bothering to put it in a glass and began chugging it off.

"Your majesty," one of the waiters looked at me as if I was crazy. "Please let me."

I smiled at him and laughed, pulling the bottle up high so he wouldn't be able to snatch it away. "Why do you look so fucking funny?"

"Y-your majesty, you're in the presence of the queens and kings--" He tried to lunge at it again but I juggled it to my other hand just in time.

"So what's the point?" My smile widened. "Stop being so funny." I laughed again then stopped when I felt the pain in my stomach. My wounds haven't fully healed yet. What a bummer.

"Jarvis, my man, stop pestering the staffs." Gavier appeared and dropped his arm around my shoulder. He nodded at the scared waiter who scurried away. "That kid was pretty brave to try something impossible. And I still haven't forgiven you for the mess you made in my room."

I laughed then continued to chug from the bottle wine as he messed my hair.

"I thought this is going to be your happy ending but why are you and Anastasia not talking?"

I frowned again then looked up at Anastasia who was talking vividly amongst her friends.

"She got mad at me for bombing myself up." Saying the reason made me realize how funny it was and I laughed even harder. "It was an accident, though. I didn't mean it."

"You freak, did you apologize?"

"Yeah, but she just ignored me. Maybe she just doesn't want to talk to me which is okay, hahahaha."

"You're not okay." Gavier suddenly pulled the bottle away from me. "This was probably your 5th bottle already."

"Kinggg," I whined. "I want some wine, don't take it away."

He shook his head. "Go reconcile with her."

When I saw that my king had that hardened look on his face, I sighed then went to Clarianne. I hugged her from behind as she talked to people I don't really care about.

"Jarvis, are you drunk?"

"Gavier is being mean," I tattled, "he won't let me drink."

She laughed, then patted my head. She smelled so good and hugging her felt really comfortable.

"Jarvis, when I said reconcile with her, I meant Anastasia, not my woman." Gavier glared at me and I smirked.

"She gives me energy."

"Okay boys, stop pestering me, I have more important things to do such as maintaining peace in the world." She gently pulled away from me and beckoned us away with her hand. "Shoo, shoo!"

Gavier didn't look too happy about it. And because he was cool, he began to pester Clarianne more. I smirked at the most fun couple and found my princess looking at me. She snapped her head away quickly as if embarrassed and she reminded me of my favorite bomb, Aviation Thermobaric Bomb of Increased Power(ATBIP), father of all bombs---so adorable.
