In the movie, they actually got the actors 100% right, but Alan Rickman was perfect for Snape, in an interview Daniel AKA Harry, says that he and Rupert AKA Ron, were talking about him behind his back that he was scary and he heard them so he crept up behind them and said: "Ten points from Gryffindor. " Saw it on Youtube, so funny.
