"A tulip stand in a field of daisies,
Idly waiting for a friend to pop up.
It stood still and silent for an entire day,
Waiting for one who will never fulfill their promise.
The tulip is persistent, and stays.
It sees daisies interacting with one another,
And is only motivated to wait for its' friend.
Days pass by, but no sign of the companion.
It starts to worry, but doesn't leave its' spot,
As it had made a promise to wait in that exact place.
Every now and then a daisy would ask it "What's up?",
And they both would exchange small dialogues.
After so, the daisy would disappear, never to be seen until days later.
The little tulip began to heat up,
To the point where its' colours started to fade.
Determination slowly drained from the stem,
Leaving only despair in a young wilting flower.
In the tulip's final days, it questioned it's own worth.
But what it didn't know, was that the friend had became lost in a flood of fire."
