Chapter 26.

I must have dozed off, because I woke up with a bit of a headache, I groaned as I got up, I went into the bedroom. I stripped off my clothes and went to my wardrobe, I grabbed my pj shorts and slipped it on. I turned around and saw Adam's green eyes stare at me, he was laying on the bed, I blushed, feeling a little embarrassed.

"Those scars have healed and are almost unnoticeable" Adam was in front of me in a flash, his hand gently brushes over the scar on my stomach.

"Uh... Yeah I guess so.." I bit my lip as my eyes followed his hand, he looks at me and kisses my forehead.

I turned to my draw and grabbed my tank top, slipping that on, I went to bed and shut my eyes, I might go to the beach with my friends tomorrow, I'll just see how much of this scar shows.

'After all this time, I'm still into you' I heard that song blasting in the living room. I groaned, opening my eyes, I got up and went to the bathroom, I took a quick shower and put my bikini on, I grabbed my denim shorts and put them on. I went to my body length mirror and looked at my stomach

"Well... I guess it doesn't show too badly" I whispered to myself, I sighed, I have back dimples and my hips show a little and I'm still not happy with my body.

I grabbed my stuff I needed for the beach and walked to the living, I didn't realize Adam and all his mates were there, when I looked up I saw them all staring at me.

"What?" I looked at them as I grabbed an apple and took a bite out of it.

"Nothing babe just.. Why are you walking around in a bikini?" Adam shallows nervously and checks me.

"Because I'm going to the beach, why? Did you honestly think I would do this to show off? Even though I told you many times how much I hated my body but yet have to put up with it for my friends cause they wanted me to go to the beach so badly" I'm getting a bit grumpy, maybe I should think and calm, before I say a word cause I say the wrong things sometimes.

"Alice.. *He gets up and stands in front of me* Stop hating on yourself.. You're so beautiful and have the perfect body, and no it's not like that I didn't mean by showing off your body, I just didn't want you to force yourself because of your scar" He narrows his eyes, he was so worried about me, he looks at my scar then back to my eyes.

"Adam it's okay, I've got water proof foundation, I'll just cover it with that" I smiled, I looked at his eyes, he was smiling but his eyes weren't smiling, I guess he's really worried, it's not like I'm going to be beat up or something for it.

I cupped Adams face and kissed his lips, he smiles looking at me.

"It's fine" I smiled brightly, he sighs and kisses my forehead.

"Want me to drive you there?" He smiles, he had his keys in his pocket.

"If that's no trouble for you then sure" I took the last bite of my apple and threw it in the bin.

"It's no trouble at all" He grabs my hand and takes me to the car.

I took my foundation out and started putting it over my scar while Adam was driving me to the beach.

"See..? Told you it would do the trick" I giggled, Adam huffs at me and continues to drive, yup. He isn't happy.

"We are here" Adam knocks me out of my thoughts, I shook my head and smiled, I kissed his cheek.

"Adam.. It will be fine honestly no ones going to see it" I smiled, he sighs, giving up and nodding his head, he gives me a quick smile and drives off.

"Riley!" I smiled, he turns around, I ran up to him and hugged him, he lifts me up and spins me around.

"Hey Princess" He smiles sweetly, I giggled, I found a spot and put my stuff down, I took my shorts off and ran into the water.

"Hey, where's everyone else?" I asked Riley, I looked around a bit confused.

"Uhh.. Well they said they had other plans and so they couldn't make it.. Heh" He scratches the back of his head and dives in the water.

After a while we got out the water and decided to go to the little cafe shop and have lunch, we went to a table and sat down, we looked at the menu and waited for the waitress.

"Hello, what would you like today?" The waitress took out her notebook and pen, she smiled sweetly to us.

"Umm I'll have a chicken salad and a glass of lemonade please" I smiled, she nods her head and writes it down.

"And you sir?" She turns to Riley and smiles, he looks at the menu and smiles.

"I think I'll just have the same as the lovely lady but with a beer please" She writes it down and takes our menus.

"Coming right away" She randomly bows and turns around walking away.

"So how's things with you and Adam" Riley leans his elbows on the table and smiles.

"Well... Things are okay... But he seems to be hiding something, he's been really strange" I frowned, Riley sighs and looks towards the ocean.

"Here are your drinks and food" The waitress smiles and puts it on the table.

"Thank you" Riley says politely, she turns around and walks off.

We started eating, after finishing our food, we took a nice long walk on the beach, I giggled and patted all the cute dogs that would go up to us.

"Lets go home, it's getting late, I'll drive you" Riley grabs my hand and takes me to his car, I jumped in and we drove off.

He gets to the side walk and stops right there, he looks at me and smiles.

"I'll see you next time we meet up" He kisses my forehead, I smiled and got out the car and waved him goodbye.

I walked into the house, I got to the bedroom door and heard voices, I quickly moved away and listened to the voices, it was Adam and Catherine, what's she doing here.

"How many times Catherine, I said no!" I heard Adam yell and footsteps going off.

"But Adam please, just this once" Catherine whines at him, I hear Adam growl and punch the wall.

"I'll tell you this once Catherine, I will not fucking have sex with you, Understand me?! Get out before Alice comes home" Adam growls, I heard him trying to take deep breaths to calm himself.

What the hell is going on.... I stood there frozen, stupid slut trying to take Adam away from me! No! I won't let that happen! Over my dead body. I jumped in the room and grabbed Catherine by her hair, she starts whining and crying, trying to get away, I threw her out of the house.

"Stay away from my man!" I snarled at her, I glared at her, pure hate and anger aura surrounds me.

She gets up fast and runs away, I started to growl like my wolf, my teeth were showing, damn idiot got me all worked up, I shut my eyes and took slow deep breaths. I turned around and shut the door and walked to the bedroom, I dumped myself on the bed and snuggled under the covers.

"Alice..?" Adam says slowly and sits beside me, I turned around and looked at him.

"Yeah.." I sighed, he narrows his eyes and moves my hair out of my face.

"Are you okay? I'm sorry if you heard anything" Adam was worried, but what for? He's always scared, like something's going to grab me and take me away from him.

"Yeah Adam, I'm fine, don't worry it's just that Catherine girl is getting on my nerves, if your father doesn't want us to kill a human no matter how much we wanted too, then I'm gonna have to find a way to calm down, because I will not be responsible for any injuries that happens to her or the cause of her death" I growled, Adam nods his head and plays with my hair, he kisses my forehead and lays beside me.
