Promising
Chapter 2
Brandon's POV
I'm currently practicing for my recital next week. I'm working on two pieces. A classical one called Lilacs that flows really well and It Will Rain by Bruno Mars. It Will Rain is basically my life story right now. Heck it has been for months now. I just really want Callie back. A loud pounding at the door interrupts my practicing. I groan and head downstairs. I smile when I see Callie, but frown when Wyatt appears.
He smiles at me oblivious to the fact that I hate his guts. "Hey bro, what's up?" Callie walks past me. I grab him by his shirt. "No matter how many times you say that, I'm not your bro. I will never be your bro." He pushes me off of him. "Brandon you're just mad because you had Callie and blew it." I roll my eyes. "You better not hurt her or I promise I will end you." He calls for Callie.
"Callie, Brandon just hit me really hard for no reason." "Brandon you apologize to him now!" "I grabbed him, but I did not hit him. He's full of shit. Now if you excuse me I'm trying to practice." I stomp up the stairs and leave behind the ignorance of Wyatt.
Wyatt's just scared of me because he knows that Callie still loves me, but won't admit it. She always goes to me for comfort, not him. She always asks me for advice, not him. Needless to say, a second chance with Callie is promising.
