I know I shouldn't be jealous of Kayla, but she got the guy before I even got here.
And I can tell you this for sure, she will pay if they get to close. I will freeze her and make it seem accidental.
Kale is the guy I dreamed about for years. Tall, blond, mischievous glint in his eyes and smile on his face.
The only problem is he seems to be my opposite element: Lightning.
"Hey... Malaya, what's wrong," asked the youngest out of us all, Mason.
He's earth.
Elizabeth, leave me alone.
Just sayin'. Mental surrender flashes from her end.
Whatever.
"Nothing, Mason. I'm just thinking of home." I turned to him.
His hazel eyes shone with understanding. "I get you. This is the first thing I'm doing on my own without my mom. But anyways we're moving further up the tunnels now, come on." He smiled big, grabbed my hand, and drug me along with him.
Wow, he's strong.
