One Direction Preferences

Harry: “I need inspiration," you moan as you stare at the blank canvas. Harry looks over at you. “Paint me," Harry says, striking a ridiculous pose. You give him an agonizing glare and Harry grins at you. "We’re not supposed to draw an indidual," you say. "You could paint two different me’s," Harry suggests, flashing an devilish smile.  “Harry!" you wail and throw your paint brush at him. He ducks, laughing. You stick your tongue out at him, making him laugh any more. You dissolve into giggles, too. Suddenly, staring into Harry’s laughing green eyes, you had a flash of inspiration. You jump up, fish your paintbrush off the sofa, and dip your paint into the paint. When you’re done, you show Harry with an excited flourish of your arms. “Wow," Harry breathes. He crushes you in a bear hug and gives you a happy kiss.

Liam: “I like that one," Liam says, pointing at a painting. You and Liam are on a holiday in France and Liam has brought you to the Louvre. “That is pretty," you say, leaning your head back against Liam’s chest as you both stare at the painting. “I always wished I could draw," you tell Liam. “Really?" he asks, looking down at you. “Yeah, but I’m the worst." “I don’t know," Liam says, a smile tugging at his lips, “Your stick figures are pretty spectacular." You laugh and poke Liam saying, “Oh, shut up!"

Niall: “Hey, Y/N/N, what’s this?" Niall asks, holding up an old sketchbook. It’s filled with some of your old sketches and doodles. “Oh, just some old drawings," you say, barely looking up from your magazine. “I didn’t know you were that good of an artist," Niall says. You shrug, “It was a long time ago. I haven’t drawn in a long time." “Why not?" he questions. You shrug again, “I don’t know. I just stopped." “Start again," Niall says. “Draw something." You laugh softly, “Draw what?" Niall thinks and then says, “Draw the cat." You shake your head, laughing at him but take the sketchbook and flip to a clean page. You sketch the cat, who was stretched out next to you. Niall looks over your shoulder and watches as you draw. “You’re really good," he breathes as you finish shading the cat’s fur. “Thanks."

Louis: You and Louis stop in front of a large statue that, frankly, looked like a giant blue penis. “I’ll never understand modern art," you say. Louis turns to you and grins, “Avatar." You start to crack up, laughing so hard and for so long, you are wheezing for breath.  Several other couples and groups pass by you, giving you strange looks but that only makes you and Louis laugh harder. To most people, that joke would have been “haha" funny but not THIS funny. But you had gone to the movie together as your first date and it had become your favorite movie; and you and Louis have an inside joke about Avatar.

Zayn: “What are you doing?" you ask Zayn suspiciously. Zayn had been looking up at you and then down at his paper and then writing something for about five minutes. “Nothing," he says nonchalantly. “Let me see," you insist. He sighs and shows you his paper. It’s a cartoon drawing of you. “Aw," you say and go curl up on the couch next to him, watching him as he fills out the background behind. “This is so cute," you coo. He laughs and says, “Thanks. I was just really bored and I’ve always wanted to draw you." You give him a kiss and then say, “Let’s hang it up on the fridge!"
