It was early February, 2002; the streets were painted red and white,
-While all others rejoiced, I feared my wife's life would soon take flight,
I should be happy,
Happy that I had her for forty years and some,
But I am sad,
No one else cared.
That may have been my fault though,
To be foreign from our family, friends,
A decision I would now live to regret,
I gambled and lost...
Now my wife is dying
And I'm drowning in debt.

Upon parched desert dunes, till in dawn's foment
They melt, I am undone."

The days went by and I watched her life deteriorate,
I heard her soul crying for me,
But I couldn't give her myself; I'm the one that caused this,
I take responsibility.
Maybe you're confused, so I'll take you back in time.
- It was year 1979,
And the streets were dancing with excitement,
From men trying to create strange aphrodisiacs,
To women dancing and buying shining disco tops,
Molly and I weren't like that.
We were intoxicated with this young love, yes,
But chocolate and flowers were languages we knew none of,
That was when it all it began;
The day that I found out she had cheated with my brother,
I loved my Molly, so I forgave her;
