It's Complicated

PREFACE

I've been longing for some affection, some Mother like affection.

Well, that was 3 weeks ago. Mukhang may magiging Nanay na kasi ako.

Awhile ago, I just talked to Manang. My Yaya.

She said Dad got his new girlfriend.

Yaya said she's so beautiful.

"Hmh" was just my answer. She's exaggerating as always.

So that's why he keeps pushing me to go home!

"Hi Baby! Welcome home!" He cheerfully said.

That's unusual because the reason I'm away, is because i got into trouble. again and again and again.

How can you blame me? I have lots of money. I can buy anything I want! Spend them everywhere I like. I've got diamonds in my pocket!

"Hi Dad." I hugged him.

"How was Singapore?"

"It's good. Really good." I said, as I am thinking about the girls in my bed. Ripping their clothes off.

"Well, that's good.

Come, I want you to meet a good friend of mine."

Friend or girlfriend?

He called someone but I didn't hear the name he said.

Then someone came in from our enormous Garden,

A fallen angel maybe?

From somewhat reason, I'm looking straight into her eyes. It's as if, I'm seeing only good things from them.

And hell! She's looking back too!

I swallowed. Pretty hard. I almost choked.

She smiled.

Dad cleared his throat.

"Rhian, I want you to meet Glaiza."

"Rhian?" Dad called

"Oh! Hey! Uhm, hi!"

She shyly smiled. She's so beautiful. No!

She is so damn Gorgeous.

She stretch out her hand for a handshake.

"Nice to finally meet you Rhian."

Seriously, ang tagal kong tinignan yung kamay nya..

She frowned.

Nung babawiin nya na sana, hinabol ko!

"Yeah. Yeah it is. Glaiza." Oh! Yes! It is!

What an enchanting name!

I prayed to all the Saints that I hope she is JUST Dad's FRIEND.
