It's Complicated

Just Great

After our travel here in Ilocos Norte, Glaiza and I decided to come home earlier than we planned.

"Lovelove ko?"

"Po?"

"I forgot to ask, why did we spend our vacation here in Ilocos? Pwede namang, Singapore or Malaysia or other Asian countries."

"So you can visit your Bars? Na-ah!"

"Why?" I asked, confuse

"Tito told me some stories,"

"Oh, so you knew na pala.."

"I'm afraid Yes honey. So no. Wag muna."

"But I can handle myself now. I have you. I'm not a drunkard anymore."

"But Honey,"

"Don't you trust me?"

"Course I trust you. Its the alcohol that I have no trust with."

I sighed. "So why Ilocos again?"

"When I was a teenager, I've seen this Filipino movie, a Love Story." Tumingin sya sakin

"Go on,"

"Honey, I want to spend our honeymoon here."

"But but--"

"Are you okay? Is there something wrong?"

"Its--"

"Ayaw mo ba na dito tayo?"

"Love, kasi ano eh.. My gift for you is a surprise honeymoon."

"Oh." She broke into a wide smile. "Honey, its okay. Nalibot na natin dito, kaya pwede mo na ako dalhin kahit saan." She winked.

I rolled my eyes playfully.

"Honey," Inaamo nya ako.

Naku! Yan na nga ba sinasabi ko eh, pipilitin nya ako eh.

"Love, no! Di ko pwede sabihin okay?"

"Just a clue. Puhlease." She used her puppy eyes at me. And pouted.

"Still no. You have to wait okay?" I smiled

She sighed. "Alright. I'll wait. Kaya lang ang tagal pa! two months pa." Reklamo nya.

"I promise you, it'll be worth it."

She smiled widely again and nod like a kid.

You see, Glaiza's been reading these books. A Roman Mythology themed. She's very fond of those. Minsan nga, hindi nya na ako napapansin kapag nag babasa na sya.

She introduced me to all of her favorite author's like Green, Rowling, Claire and Riordan the author that she has all of his books in my bedroom and hers. Kala mo library na.

The number one characteristic I love of her, she's intelligent.

So I decided to take her to Greece and Rome for our Honeymoon. She's my Aphrodite. She's my Venus.

"Hi girls, welcome home." Dad greeted.

"Hi Dad."

"Gareth!!" Glaiza hugged and kissed him

"Its just two and a half days guys, you're over reacting."

"You're just jealous."

"No I'm not!"

"Rhian don't be such a baby!" Dad tease "Kumain na nga tayo. Kanina pa ako nagugutom eh."
