I held Toby's hand tightly.

We walked over to Slenderman slowly.

"Sir?" I ask quietly.

"Hm?" He hums and turns to us.

"We were wondering....if we can adopt a kid...and make him like us...?" Toby says nervously.

He seems surprised.

Even with no face.

"Of course you can." 

He sounded so happy.

Toby smiled and giggled.

His grip on my hand became tighter.

"We have to look as normal as possible" I say.

I slip off his mouth guard and wrap a scarf around his mouth and neck.

He giggles.

I kiss his forehead and smile.

We get as normal as creepypastas can look and we go to the adoption center.

"So here is all the children you can pick from" the woman smiles.

She motions to all the little children.

We look around for a little while and we see a boy sitting in the corner.

He was minding his own business and was drawing.

Toby pulls me over to him.

When we look down at what he's coloring it surprises us.

There is a few people on the paper, and then red scribbled all over them.

Toby gives me a surprised look.

"Hi" I say.

He looks up and hides his drawing.

"No, you don't need to...we like it" I say and smile.

He looks at me weird.

"You like it...?"

I nod.

He smiles.

Toby bends down and holds his face in his hands.

"We really like that stuff too" Toby says sweetly.

The little boys face lights up and he hugs Toby.

I laugh.

"Whats your name little one?" I ask.

"Jace" He says.

"How would you feel about coming with us?" Toby asks.

Jace nods and smiles.

I pat his head.

"Wanna see something cool?" Toby asks and picks Jace up.

Jace nods.

Toby pulls down his scarf showing his mouth.

Jace's eyes shoot wide open and he touches it.

Toby chuckles.

He pulls his scarf back up and we go to claim him as ours.
