August

"Babe?"

"Keira!"

"August!!!"

"Keira where are you?"

"I don't know baby, its too dark!"

"Aight ma, just keep talking, I'll follow your voice"

Ion know where the hell we were but I had to get to Keira.

"Ok. Baby I love you, you know that?"

"I love you too baybeh. I'm gon get ya outta hea ok?"

Tha place was so dark, I couldn't even see ma hands in front of me. Last I remembered was we were walking then she disappeared.

"I know babe, I believe you"

"We gon go home and do some crab legs" I smiled to ma self.

"And pasta babe?"

"Anything ya want love. Anything ya want."

As I kept walking I noticed she had stop speaking.

"Keira, talk ta me ma"

"Babe" she spoke as though she was crying. "Babe something is touching my legs" she cried.

"I'm coming baybeh, try to shake it off!"

"August hurry!!!"

"I'm coming Keira!"

"Its wrapping around them! August?"

"Keira!!!"

"AUGUSTTTTT!!!" *screams*

"KEIRA!!"

*****

Jumping outta ma sleep to the sounds of Keira screaming, I noticed she wasn't laying next to me. Trying to catch ma breath, I sat on the side of the bed and said a lah prayer.

That was tha first time I ever dreamed any shit like that and I didn't know what it meant. Shit I didn't want ta think that it meant what I think it meant.

Getting outta bed, I did ma morning hygiene before I made ma way down ta tha kitchen area. It was our fourth day out hea in tha DR and basically had done everything I had planned fa us ta do. We would be leaving tomorro and to be honest, it was a week well spent.

"Keira!"

I noticed tha back door open when she didn't reply. Walking out I saw ha on tha beach doing ha yoga. Standing by the gate I just observed. I figured she felt ma presence because she dropped ha arms and began looking around till ha eyes landed on me.

"Morning baybeh!" I smiled as I approached ha.

"Morning babe!" She kissed me.

"I ain't mean ta distract ya"

"Its cool" she blushed.

I don't know what happened, but after that ha smile dropped as she surveyed ma face.

"Are you going to tell me or do I have to ask?"

"Tell ya what?"

"What's on your mind"

"Ya think ya know a nigga that good huh?" I chuckled.

"No, I know MY nigga that good. So what is it?"
