1. Focus on your breathing. (Meditate)

2. Find your personal center. (Your center of gravity. It can be in your heart, belly button, or anywhere really. You will feel comforted and stabilized when thinking of this spot.)

3. Pull all of your thoughts, stresses and worries to this spot and keep them there for several seconds before letting out a deep breath. That's it!! You have just centered.

Centering is a good thing to do when trying to focus on a task. It gathers all of your thoughts so you can have a longer attention span.

This is extremely difficult, and I am yet to master it. If you get it in one try, you are most likely doing it wrong. Practice makes perfect.
