"Wake up! If you don't wake up you stay on the unit for breakfast!" I cover my head with a pillow, but curiosity of what she means by 'staying on the unit' wakes me up. That and Charlotte shaking me.

"Mommy! Wake up! Its time to get ready!" I groan and stand up. I have no idea what to do next, so I leave the room and walk down the hall. There, I see Bryson, Richard, William, Evelyn, Charlotte, and a staff member I haven't met yet.

"Imogene? Hi, I'm Ms. Cookie," I nod my head and ask if I can change into real clothes.
"Hygiene is after breakfast, you can change then." I nod my head, and go sit in the chair I used yesterday. Courtney comes down the hall belting a song.

"Oh, what a beautiful mornin'! Oh what a beautiful day! I got a beautiful feelin'! Everything's going my way!" Richard glares at her

"Its too early for this, Courtney." She sighs and sits next to me. Ms. Cookie goes to Mr. Baryn.

"Is this everyone?" He chuckles

"Everyone that's getting up!" She raises her eyebrows,he coughs and says

"Yes, this is everyone." She tells everyone to line up, and everyone does. When I get in line, Courtney stops me.

"You're on 24 hour watch, you can't go to the cafeteria." Ms. Cookie comes up to us.

"I've got this Courtney, Thank you." She turns to face me. "You can't leave the unit until you've been here for 24 hours. " I walk back over to the chair and sit. Suddenly a thought enters my mind.

"I still get food, right?"

"Yes, we'll bring you a tray," Bryson cackles at the top of his lungs. With that, they are gone. I'm bored instantly. But the boredom doesn't last long. I pick up a crayon and start doodling, and I hear the door open. A kid maybe 16 years old starts talking.

"I'm just saying, I don't belong in here just because I'm doing the lord's work." Ms. Katherine isn't paying attention. She just nods and says,

"Uh-huh, come on, your roommates' name is Richard, I'll show you your room," I watch them go, he is skinny with short brown hair, he is average height.  The door marked "Doctor" opens, and a man with black hair and a mustache and leather jacket calls my name. I get up and go to him.

"Hi, I'm Dr. Martin. I'm the Psychiatrist. How are you Imogene?"

"Not good, considering I haven't had my pills yet."

"Your on Trileptol, Abilify, and Prozac, correct?" I nod my head. "Tell me what those are for,"

"Trileptol to keep my mood stable, abilify 'cause I hallucinate, and prozac because I would slit my wrists if I dont take it," He nods his head,

"I see. I'll put you back on them, anything else I should know?" I shake my head, and he points to the door. "It was nice talking to you,"

He gives me the creeps

By this time, everyone is back from breakfast, Charlotte hands me a foam tray, and a plastic fork. I open it, eggs and bacon. I walk up to the desk.

"You guys know i'm Jewish, right? I told the lady who checked me in I eat Kosher," Mr. Baryn smiles.

"Its turkey," I nod my head and go sit down to eat. The boy I saw walks in. He takes a tray and high fives Mr. Baryn, who says:

"Long time no see, Ian. What are you doing back here?" Ian smiles.

"Jesus told me to hang my cat, so I did. Now my family is mad, so I'm here."

Okay, at least i'm not seeing Jesus.
