I'm reading this story and it's us, my love. This character, the main one, with their bouncy springy curls and their white teethed teenness, floral dresses and black tights. and then there is you; long brown hair that's always down and warmth and every time the author writes about her you know they are smiling talking about how she is like sleep to the freezing. curly feeds her girl grapes in the sunshine and I am awash with familiarity I love the spring I love you.
