Ch 6: I Won't Say I'm In Love

Cupid's (Y/N's) POV

I couldn't help but admire my beautiful bouquet that Jack made for me. But then, I remembered that the last time I thought some one cared for me, they played me. I'm not saying that Jack would do that; I was just being cautious.

"What's the matter with me? You'd think a girl would learn," I sighed. Then I see five women appear. They looked like they were Greek Muses.

You're way off base, I won't say it

[Muses:]
Girl, don't be proud
It's ok you're in love

[Y/N:]
Oh
At least out loud,
I won't say I'm in love

The muses left and I realized that I was in love with Jack. I needed to find him and tell him. I grabbed my bouquet of flowers and flew to the North Pole. Once I entered in, I ran into North.

"Why hello Y/N," North greeted.

"Hey North. I was just wondering if you've seen Jack," I asked.

"Are you going to give those flowers to him?" he chuckled.

"Actually, he gave them to me. I wanted to tell him that...I love him," I confessed.

"Well then, I know exactly where he is. He's down in the room where the yetis make the toys," he smiled.

"Thanks," I smiled back.

I flew down where Jack was. But when I saw him, he wasn't alone. The devil herself, Dakota, was flirting with my man. Did I just say that? Oh, yeah I did and she better back off.

"Come on, Jackie. Why can't you give us a chance? It could be fun," she flirted as she dragged her fingers up and down his arms.

"You know why. I'm in love with someone else," Jack snapped, backing away from her.

My heart skipped a beat.

"What? Who? If it's Cupid, I'll kill her," Dakota threatened.

"Well, let me tell you that it's Tooth," Jack answered.

"Tooth? Well, she's not bad," Dakota softened.

My heart then broke in millions of pieces. That's when I flew out of the room, grabbed my bow and arrows, and left the pole.
