"They're here already?" Ringo asked, looking over his shoulder. "John's there?"
George could see the little hope glinting in those blue eyes of his. He felt a twinge of jealousy.
"Yeah." He kissed his icing-covered cheek. "How's the cake?" He asked, taking a napkin and wiping his face.
Ringo managed a small smile.
"It's almost done, Georgie."
"Good." He kissed him quickly on the lips. "I'm going to talk with Paul, alright? Can I trust you to be alone?"
Ringo nodded.
"I love you, Geo." Ringo mumbled, but George managed to pick it up.
He smiled.
"I love you too."
