We finally make it my house and I see an unfamiliar car in the driveway.

"Great my father is here" Derek says while looking up at his car roof annoyed.

"Why is he here?" I ask staring at him

We walk in and I see a man talking to my father i'm guessing it's Mr. Luh

"Honey this is Frank Luh" my father says while giving a confusing look then looks at Derek

"That's because you are" I hear Derek mumble under his breathe I giggle when it happens

"what was that son?" Frank says giving him a fake smile. "Oh nothing I was just mumbling how young and refreshed you look are you using an anti aging cream again" Derek says sarcastically

"what are you doing here anyway Derek you were just suppose to drop Skylar off then go home or something?" Frank asks Derek with a concern look on his face

" Mom gave the whole class a partner project and I ended up with Skylar" he says in this fake enthusiastic voice I start to laugh but held it in not trying to be rude.

I walk upstairs to my room and Derek follows me, we sit in an awkward silence until I played my music it was always an ice breaker  I started playing White Iverson by Post Malone and both Derek and I started singing to it
