The earth shook, and Melody fell clumsily on the concrete.

Lilith grabbed Melody by the scruff and growled at the moving earth.

Lion and Default exchanged nervous glances and looked at Home.

Home looked at Lou, who was staring at his paws.

The pack was silent until Lou raised his head, he looked at Home and barked a suggestion.

Home nodded and barked at his pack, who nodded in response.

Melody looked up at Lilith, confused and scared.

Lilith put Melody down quickly, and gave her a reassuring lick on the nose.

Melody wagged her tail hopefully, then Lilith picked her up again giving Home a nod to show she was ready.

Home flicked his tail, showing that he was listening and then faced towards the tumbling trashcans.

He then lifted his tail, his fur ruffled in the wind and his eyes blazed brown fire. (not literally)

He charged at the trashcans and knocked them out of the way with his head, he felt the trashcans hit his skull and he whimpered but lifted his head back towards his pack and barked while the alleyway was clear for a few seconds.

They ran out of the alleyway and stood in the small grassy clearing, when they were about to turn back to Home and bark suggestions but then they all turned and saw bumper to bumper traffic that covered the road so much you could barely see it.

People were honking their horns and screaming at each other, as the earth rumbled and shook.

The pack quickly turned back to Home, who was struggling with his footing on the moving concrete.

The earth stopped moving for a split second and Home saw his chance and ran out of the alleyway.

Suddenly, the earth shook very violently and Home's head lurched forward as he fell, his chin hit the ground.

He heard a bark until everything went black, and all he could feel was the pain in his backlegs, chin, and neck because of the choker collar.
