I wake in the morning to hear laughter in the hallway I get up and walk outside to see Nadine and Justin sitting in the hallway with Nadine tickling Justin
“Diney stop, stop” Justin squeals she stops her movements and picks him up and hugs him I cough to let them know that I’m there
“hey Kimba” Nadine smiles
“mummy” Justin says and then walks over to me and hugs my leg
“hey baby was Auntie Nadz tickling you?” I say
“yeah all coz I said her hair was messy” he laughs I look at Nadine and its true her hair is a mess sticking out and everything I laugh
“don’t laugh not all of us wake up with practically nice hair in the morning like you do” she huffs making me laugh even more I pick Justin up and head downstairs with Nadine following I make some breakfast for us all and then we eat
“what you doing today?” Nadine asks
“well I’m seeing Cheryl today” I smile
“you?” I ask
“I don’t know really I suppose I should start packing me things for Ireland” she says
“I should pack as well” I say remembering that I have to pack both mine and Justin’s things
We eat our breakfast and I have a shower and then bath Justin and we are sitting in the living room when the door bell goes Justin’s running even before I’ve got on me feet and he is trying to reach the door handle but he cant reach so I pick him up and answer the door to see Cheryl on the other side
“hey babes” I smile
“hey chick” she gives me a dimpled smile
“hello Cheryl” Justin says and reaches out his arms for her she takes him and gives him a hug and we walk into the kitchen were Nadine has already got three cups out and is boiling the kettle
“tea?” she says both me and Cheryl reply with a yes we sit down at the table with Cheryl still holding little Justin were he starts playing with her long hair
“how have you been?” Cheryl asks me
“yeah I’ve been good babes you?” I say
“aye I’ve been good” she smile
“how have you been Nadine?” she asks
“aye I’ve been fine babes” Nadine says passing us our cups and sits down next to me at the table
“I’m going away for a week today” Cheryl suddenly says
“oh where are you going ?” I ask
“to Liverpool to see me dad and step mom Sarah its Nicola’s birthday tomorrow and I always go up there for it” she says with a sad smile
“aww that’s nice babes well me and Nadine are going to home town in Ireland tomorrow to see her family” I say
“aww that’s good do you not see a lot of your family then Nadine?” Cheryl asks
“no I don’t I moved to London about 5 years ago for my job I work as a social worker and I got a high ranking job over her so yeah but I’ve token half a year off to recharge my self” Nadine smiles
“oh wow, it must be hard work being a social worker” Cheryl says
“it is sometimes but I love it what do you work as?” Nadine asks oh that’s right I didn’t tell her what Cheryl worked as
“I’m a dance teacher I teacher young kids to do street dance ballet and ballroom” she smiles
“that must be a fun job” Nadine says
“yeah it is, I love dancing ever since I was a little girl I used to dance” Cheryl says beaming with her dimples
About an hour later Cheryl leaves and me and Nadine are packing our things for Ireland
“should I take me pink dress you know the one you brought me last year” she says to me
“I guess you could if its gonna be hot” I says she nods and packs it in her suitcase
“mummy can I take flops and my blanket?” Justin asks
“of course you can baby” I smile at him and pick him up
“where are we going again?” he asks
“we’re going to see auntie Nadine’s family in Ireland” I says
“oh okay we they like me?” he asks
“yeah they have seen you before but when you was a little baby” I say
“oh okay then they will see that I’m a big boy now” he smiles
“yeah they will why don’t you go and sit on mummy’s bed while I pack” I say and put Justin on his feet and he walks to the bed and climbs on it
“I wonder what Cheryl does on her sisters birthday?” Nadine asks
“I don’t know I mean for Justin’s birthday we make a cake and go to his grave and stuff maybe she does something like that” I say and continue to pack our things.
