I walk over to the corner and sigh. I hated doing this. I hated the tight clothing, I hated standing out here, waiting for some old creep to pick me up.

I stood there for about 10 minutes when someone honked. I looked up and seen a guy with jet black hair. "How much?" I walk over to his car and lean in a bit. "400 dollars." The guy nods. "Get in." I do as he says and buckle my seat belt. "Why do you do this?" I look at him, shocked. "Why do you care?"

"Because someone as beautiful as you should not be out on the streets." I scoff. "That's not a good reason." He bites his lip. "Are you hungry? We can get some McDonald's or something." I was still shocked. Why was he treating me like this? I don't even know him. "No, I'm fine."

"Well I'm hungry." He makes a turn and sighs. "But really, why do you do that? You could be anything you want. So why do you do this?" I sit up more in my seat. "I don't want to do this. I have to. I just want to feel some type of love. My parents abandoned me at 16 and it feels like I have no one."

"You have me now." He says with a smile. "I don't even know your name!" I say with a chuckle. "It's Gerard."

"I'm y/n." I say with a smile. I feel so happy now that I'm with him. It feels so nice knowing that he cares about me. "Are you sure you don't want to eat?" I nod. He pulls up to the machine thing (sorry I don't know what they're called). And starts talking.

"Can I get two fucking cheese burgers? Make sure that there is no fucking lettuce! If they're is lettuce on my fucking cheese burgers I'm blowing this motherfucking  McDonalds up." I start laughing.

"Will that be all, sir?" I try to cover my laughing up.

"No motherfucker I need something else." My stomach started to hurt from laughing so much.

"What do you need?" I try to stop Gerard from talking but he still does.

"I need two sprites. Umm...some fucking soup and...." Gerard scans over the menu. "Fuck it. Give me some nasty ass yogurt."

"Your total is 13.45" Gerard drives up a bit. "W-why would you..." I couldn't even finish my sentence I was laughing too hard. "I like your laugh. It's cute." He says with a smile.

The guy opens the window and gasps. "It's Gerard Way!"

"Surprise motherfucker." Gerard grabs our food and pays the money. I laugh a bit more. We drive off and Gerard flicks the guy off.

"Here." Gerard hands we one off the cheese burgers, but I push it away. "I don't want to take your food." Gerard  throws it on my lap. "Is that why you don't want to eat? It's not my food, it's yours." I shake my head. "You shouldn't be doing this."

"Yes I should. You deserve it." I hesitantly take the cheese burger and start eating.

We were...I guess at Gerard's house. It was huge. "Come on." I unbuckle my seat belt and put my trash in the bag. Gerard grabs the back and we walk in. "Do you want to change? You look like you can't breathe." I hold me head down, ashamed. "Yes please."

Gerard walks upstairs, probably to go to his room. I just stood there. I felt so awkward in his house.

"Here. These were my sisters, but you can wear them." (I know that Gerard doesn't have a sister but...) I nod and take them. "Thank you."

"No problem. The bathroom is the third door to the left." I nod and walk to the bathroom. I shut the door and sigh.

I come back downstairs and Gerard has blankets on the couch, and a pillow. "If you want, you can sleep in my bed. I can sleep down here." My eyes go wide. "You really don't have to do this." I protest. "I really do need to do this. I can't let you back out on the streets again." I sigh. "Are the pjs okay?"

"Yeah they're fine." I take my 'clothes' and fold them. "Here I'll take care of these." Gerard picks them up and throws them away. "What! Wh-"

"You don't need them anymore. You're staying here." I rub my eyes. "You can't just let a stranger in your house." Gerard chuckles. "You're not a stranger."

"Are you tired now? Or do you want to watch a movie?" I yawn a little. "You're tired." I chuckle. "Yeah..." Gerard guides me to his room and my eyes go wide. It was huge. A king size bed with red carpet and black curtains. "You can sleep here tonight."

"A-are you sure?" Gerard nods. "Yeah. It's fine." I climb up into the bed and Gerard turns off the lights. "Goodnight y/n."

"Goodnight Gerard." I say while closing my eyes and drifting to sleep.

Around 2 in the morning I get up. "I can't sleep." I mumble as I rub my eyes. I slowly get out of the bed and walk downstairs. I walk to the living room, where Gerard was sleeping and tap on his shoulder. "Gerard?" I call out. "What are you doing up?" He whispers tiredly. "I-I can't sleep."

Gerard gets up and sighs. "Okay, I'll help." We walk upstairs into his room and we both lay down. Gerard puts his arm around my waists and I bury my head in his chest. "Can I sing you to sleep?" I nod.

     She waits, at Windows.

Her dreams don't show in color,

And she sleeps, for now.

And she just waits around,

Wishing that she can leave,

Single mothers, in parking lots,

And wears another girls evening out,

This place let's you down easy.

She gets up to buy a drink,

I notice why when she walks by,

There's something caught in her eye,

She says,

That she can't change for love.

And she explains who long she's waited for.

She wanted more.

My eyes close and I start drifting asleep in Gerard's arms.
