i understand why people dislike emily because her character is bitchy and she often doesn't treat her friends/boyfriend nicely but the fact that people jump so quickly at the chance to murder her is so fucked up. i'm someone who is occasionally self-assertive if someone is really pissing me off. when standing up for myself and guy literally told me he wanted to murder me. when i see people talking about how much they want to see emily die is honestly alarming and extremely terrifying.
