There is a tower, a mighty safe place;
Persistent power, unlimited strength;
Full of love, unending amazing grace;
Its height knows no measure, limitless length.
God's Word creates impenetrable walls;
His great Tower's the only place to run;
Inside His Grace and Love surrounds us all,
He holds us gently as daughters and sons;
Because righteous is He, saviour of all;
Even when we might mistakingly stray,
All sorrow, guilt, shame and fear melt away,
He lovingly forgives us when we fall.
He pursues with passion never-ending,
His love and mercy are never-ceasing.
