Evelyn felt as if her heart was going to burst of excitement.

She was in Paris, France.

She was in a park near the Eiffel Tower, the magnificent piece of art looming over her and Kevin and the pavilion they're standing under. Since she was in Media Club during her University days, Olivia managed to borrow three pairs of portable lights. They were lined up in two rows about two metres apart, making a small lane just enough to allow two people walk down. Fairy lights were hung on the pavilion, too.

Evelyn tried to steady her breathing. The whole thing just didn't seem real. She was getting married. Kevin laughed when he saw her place her hand over her chest, over where her heart was.

"Nervous?" he asked, his eyes glistening. He was excited, too.

"Super," she replied, smiling nervously. "Thanks so much again, Kev. For everything."

"It's okay. Thank you for the letter."

"You think they will come now?" Evelyn asked as she looked at the empty lane, her palms sweating. A horrible thought struck her. What if Kaylee decided to run away? Then the wedding would be cancelled. Then-
