Poe Dameron
As Poe is taller than you, he prefers to sling an arm around your shoulders, occasionally kissing your jaw.

Kylo can get very stressed, being under pressure from Snoke and Hux. So he loves to just hold you close and bury his head in your neck.
Finn
Finn can be like an excited child sometimes, and loves teddy bear hugs. It makes it cuter when he giggles.
Rey
Rey doesn't like hugging or kissing in public, but will keep and arm around your waist. She may make an exception for when you hug her.
General Hux
Hux will never hug you in public. Affection is associated with the Light side, and he does not want to be seen as weak. But behind closed doors he loves having you in his arms.
