I totally how much of a crap was my last chapter but this time I have made sure that this will be real good and throw you off the edge.
Sheena's POV
I was sitting on my bed and Arjun was dressing my scratches as it was quite deep and were bleeding.
"What happened there?" He asked while putting bandage on the scratch.
"Where?" I really don't think it will be a good idea to tell Arjun about my vision. Arjun has started becoming normal again even after going through so much. I don't want him to go back to his stay-away-from-me attitude.
He snapped his eyes at me and said,"You exactly know where, don't think me as a fool. What vision you had?"
"Vision? Seriously, I really didn't had any vision." I lied. Did I forgot that he can read minds? Yep, totally.
"I know you have seen something. You zoned out for like 5 minutes!!" He raised his voice a little.
"Yeah, I zoned out for 5 minutes because I was thinking about the....." What should I say? What should I say???? " about the people. The suffering they are going through and the way they were cheering me was quite overwhelming so I guess that's why I zoned out a little."
Arjun still gave me an uncertain look.
"Oh, come on, don't start getting paranoid at such minimal things." I tried to cheer him up a little but he remained silent and keep on putting the bandage. Finally he put the final knot and stood up. He started going out without even saying a good bye but as he reached the door, he stopped and turned to me,
"I know you saw something and I also know that you will never tell me this but I will find what actually happened with you." He threw a wink at me and went out.
I took a sigh of relief. Saved....but just for today.
After two days....
My white dress was covered in blood and so was my hands. Blood was dripping from sword, God knows how many people I have killed but the truth was that I wasn't feeling disgusted. In fact I was feeling satisfied.....and that scared me the most.
I was moving in random hallways of the castle, just like a ghost hunting around a house. When I turned into one hallway, I saw Arjun standing at just a few meter away from me. It seemed to me that not a single sword has touched his body but this will be changed soon.
I closed the distance between us so that now we were standing face to face. He didn't react to me in anyways, he just stood there and kept on looking at me with his intense brown eyes.
Involuntarily I raised my sword and it made its way to its chest. Blood started coming out of his mouth. In no time he was lying on the floor, dead.
"Arjun!!!" I woke up in a snap of a second. I was breathing heavily. I was covered in sweat and my heart was still beating very fast.
"Another nightmare...." I said myself. I have been going through this hell for about last two days, since I saw that vision and believe me every night this nightmare become worst day by day. I couldn't sleep at night or I should say I am scared to sleep now.
"Don't worry about it..." I jumped by this sudden unfamiliar voice. I looked around the room and saw that same girl in white dress which I saw in the hallway some days ago. I couldn't see her face as he was looking out of the window and her back was towards me. I must be scared by now but I wasn't, instead I was curious who is this girl and why I always see her around. "It will be fine." She added.
