After a long 45 minutes of History,It was finally time for lunch. I followed Anna into the cafeteria. We lined up, grabbed our lunch and started looking for a place to sit. I noticed that a girl was waving over to us beckoning us to sit down at her table. As we got closer we saw a couple of guys sitting at the table too.

"Hey Anna,who's your friend?", one of the guys said.

"Her name is Alexis and she just moved to here from new york."

I looked at one of the guys, he had blue eyes and dark brown hair. He winked at me and smiled.

"My name is Jonas,what's yours?", but before I could answer Anna had interrupted me.

"Jonas , stop hitting on her, you just met her like 5 seconds ago."Anna complained.

"Whaat?, I'm just introducing myself." Jonas said.

"Yeah, sure you are", snorted Anna.

I looked at the guy next to Jonas. I noticed that he had a similar resemblmence to Jonas. The same color eyes, except that his eyes were a bit lighter, the same nose and the same color hair.

"I'm Josh, Jonas' twin and his older brother."

Jonas scoffed at that.

"Yeah, only by a minute dude."

"So, It still counts. It just goes to show that I have an ownership over you." Josh said with his hand on his chest proudly.

"Yeah, yeah whatever."

The girl who was waving over to me and Anna leant across the table and whispered to me.

"Forget about them morons, they argue all the time.You're Alexis right ? the names Chelsea."

" Hmm, I agree" I replied and smiled.

"You must have met Aidan, the schools' biggest doucebag."

I was definitely going to like this girl.

"Don't tell me, he goes out with Gwen."

"No, actually he is going out with some sophomore called Sophie."

I turned to my left. And there, Aidan was sucking the girls' face off. Believe me, It was gross.

He must have noticed that I was staring at him because he stopped the kiss abruptly and frowned at me.

"What?", he asked.

"Nothing" I replied.

"Do you mind?, I'm trying to make-out with my girlfriend here", Aidan said.

"what a jerk." I mumbled

I looked away from him as he continued to kiss his so called "girlfriend".

" It won't last long.Trust me, she'll be dumped by tomorrow."Chelsea said.

I sighed, pulling my tray towards me digging into my food.

After an eventful day, the last bell of school had rang. I made an exit out of the building and entered the parking lot.I jumped in my car, blasting taylor swifts' album Red and drove home.

"Mom, I'm home", I shouted.

"Mom?" I called. Maybe she was'nt home I thought walking into the kitchen, looking around for a snack. I noticed that she had left a note on the fridge:

Honey, Natalie and I have gone for a girly night out.

I 've left some pizza and chips in the fridge for your dinner ,

and oh yeah when I come back, remember to tell me how your first day of school went.

I sighed, since Dad left mom's friend Natalie had been pushing mom to go out more and have some fun. Every week mom went out partying with her friends or she would go to some girly get together. It was'nt that I did'nt want her to go out, It was just that I did'nt really get much alone time with her anymore, especially with her new job. I decided to get some Oreos out of the cupboard, thinking that it would take things off my mind. I ripped open the packet, boy I was starving.I took one half of the biscuit off and licked the cream devouring the taste that was inside.

When I'd finished snacking on my delicious Oreos I went up to my room. I jumped on my bed and grabbed my phone. I had ten messages and they were all from my best friend or should I say my once best friend Katie .I was still pissed at her so I ignored her messages. She was probably trying to tell me that she was still sorry, but I still have'nt forgiven her. Before I had left new york, Katie planned to have a big leaving party for me. I said it did'nt matter but she insisted on having one. So we had the whole leaving party thing, dressed up, you know the usual. My boyfriend Sam had come and Katie invited a whole lot of people I did'nt know.

I was in the hall having a drink but I was so bored so I decided to go and check on Katie.

When I finally found her, I was gobsmacked. And There she was, making out with Sam.

He was my boyfriend, so why was she kissing him?

I went up to them and forced her off him.

"What are you doing?, how could you, you bitch!" I spat in her face.

She was actually smiling,the angered me even more.

"I'm sorry." She said half-heartedly. "It was just a kiss, grow up." what did she mean it was just a kiss? Ishould've known all along.

"Shut up!" I snapped. I then looked up at Sam.

''And you, how could you do this to me after everything we've been through. I thought you said that you loved me!"

I tried to hold my tears in but they continued to fall, so I turned around and stormed off.

"Wait Alexis, wait. I'm sorry, I really am" Katie sobbed but I did'nt want to listen.

I felt really really dizzy. I'ts probably because of all that booze I had I told myself. I ran out of that place as fast as I could and went home.

That was also the day when I went home to find my dad sleeping with another woman in my moms' room. After that, I swore to myself that I would never trust anyone again.
