This quote is a little darker, but very empowering, I think. People seem to think that their trials and tribulations will break them. And they might. It's almost impossible to go through life without breaking at least once.
But if we can move past what caused us to break...we've defeated an enemy. We've become stronger. And that's a kind of strength you can't shortcut to.
